Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to buy something, I may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra.
What that means in practice
Always marked
Affiliate links carry a disclosure notice, and outbound commercial links are tagged rel="sponsored" in line with Google’s guidance.
Never costs you more
You will never pay more for going through one of my links than going direct to the provider.
Not for sale
Content is written on its merits. A provider cannot pay to be recommended, and if I stop rating one, the link comes down.
Which providers
Currently just one: QuickHost UK, for hosting, cloud and colocation. That is a genuine recommendation, written up in full on the recommended hosting page — including who it is not right for.
Cookies and tracking
When you follow an affiliate link, the provider sets their own cookie so any purchase can be attributed to this site. Those cookies are set by them, not by me, and are subject to their privacy policy. See the privacy policy for how this site handles data.
